Watersorb Return Policy

Water-sorb.com is a non-profit corporation. We strive to deliver the best possible polymer at the lowest possible prices. We do not charge a handling and packaging fee. We have calculated the most economical method to ship our products using both US Mail and UPS. If an order is received before noon central time M-Sat, the order is usually shipped the same day. Please allow additional time for 50 lb orders. A few customers have changed their mind after placing an order, and called to cancel after the order is shipped. Therefore, we must institute a policy of charging for shipping and a 15% restocking fee for all cancelled orders or returned product.
